Registration Entitlements

The entitlements for each registration type are as follows:

RWAV Conference Only entitles delegates to the following:

  • Attendance at all Conference Sessions
  • Morning and afternoon tea each day
  • Lunch each day
  • Delegate Satchel
  • Abstract Booklet and Program

RWAV Conference and Conference Dinner / Awards Ceremony entitles delegates to the following:

  • Attendance at all Conference Sessions
  • Morning and afternoon tea each day
  • Lunch each day
  • Delegate Satchel
  • Abstract Booklet and Program
  • Conference Dinner / Awards Ceremony on Friday 23 May 2008

Day Registration Fee entitles delegates to the following:

  • Attendance at all Conference Sessions on the day of attendance

Payments of fees

NOTE: Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners International are the only credit cards accepted at the Conference. Please note that all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to The Meeting Planners.

All payments by cheque incur a $10 processing fee . Cheques should be made payable to RWAV Conference 2008. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

You will not receive any further publications before the conference. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the conference. At the conference you will receive the final program, the book of published papers/conference documentation and a list of delegates.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations received in writing at the Conference Office by Friday 25 April 2008 will be accepted and all fees refunded less an A$100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded. However, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Office prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference.
